Yes, in addition to the gingerbread cookies from our regular range, we are happy to create gingerbread cookies for special orders – with a name, logo, wishes or any motif. Yes, our offer includes gingerbread cookies for every occasion – from Christmas, Easter, Grandmother's Day, Grandfather's Day, Teacher's Day and Fisherman's Day, to family celebrations such as weddings, communions, christenings and baby showers. Each collection is limited and produced in short series to preserve its unique character.

Depending on the time of year and the workload in our gingerbread workshop, we accept orders starting from one large piece or four small pieces packed as a set in a special decorative 21x21cm box. Orders for small gingerbread cookies and individual designs are 10 pieces. In the case of seasonal offers, ready-made collections and gift sets, smaller packages are also available, ideal for sampling or gifting. There is no upper limit :) We fulfil orders in the hundreds. Our largest order to date was 1,200 gingerbread cookies for one customer.

Through any of these channels, you can specify the quantity, design, delivery date and method, as well as ask any questions or raise any concerns you may have. I will get back to you within up to 24 hours and we will work out all the details together. Once the payment has been made, I will start working on your sweet order!

Due to the fact that the product offered is handmade and is always made to order (we do not keep stock, all cookies are made directly and to individual orders). The order is officially accepted for processing when the payment is credited to our account. Only then do we reserve the baking and decoration date, so it is advisable to make the payment immediately after confirming the details.

Yes. We issue a receipt or invoice for every order.

Changes can only be made before production begins. If you wish to make changes, please contact us immediately so that we can check whether this is still possible.

There are two types of packaging for gingerbread cookies. They are either good quality cellophane bags tied with a ribbon colour-coordinated with the order, or attractive boxes with a window for larger gingerbread cookies or sets. On special request, gingerbread cookies can be placed in a spacious frame to hang on the wall.

We do! Our workshops with children are great fun! We organise workshops at our studio, as well as in nurseries, schools and at home parties at any location of your choice. During our workshops, children discover the aromas of spices, learn to mix colours and create unique gingerbread masterpieces. It is an energetic adventure full of laughter and satisfaction, from which everyone returns with new skills and sweet souvenirs. After the fun, each participant packs their gingerbread cookies in a special box to take home. It is not only a delicious souvenir, but also proof of the skills and creativity that blossomed during the workshop.

Our decorative gingerbread cookies are made exclusively from edible products. We create our own spice mix and carefully select the ingredients – we use natural honey, butter and wheat flour. The royal icing is made from pasteurised confectionery protein and icing sugar, and is coloured exclusively with edible food colourings. We do not use any artificial preservatives.

We offer delivery by courier or to an InPost parcel locker, or personal collection from our studio in Warsaw at ul. Dzieci Warszawy 11/25, by prior arrangement. All parcels are carefully secured to ensure that the gingerbread arrives in perfect condition.

Yes, the vast majority of our orders are shipped and we have never had a damaged order. Each shipment is packed in several protective layers: bubble wrap, cardboard dividers and cushioning filling. This protects the gingerbread cookies from damage and keeps their designs intact during transport. In the event of any incidental damage to parcels in transit, please contact us. Damage to the parcel must be reported upon delivery in the presence of the courier for the complaint to be accepted.

Of course! If you prefer to collect your order in person, please visit our studio in Warsaw, at Dzieci Warszawy 11/25, after arranging a collection time in advance. This is a great opportunity to see other designs and smell the aroma of freshly baked gingerbread, as well as to meet us in person, and maybe even enjoy a tasting :)

All delivery times are agreed individually with the customer, taking into account the expected completion and delivery date, as well as the size of the order. The standard delivery time is 5–10 working days from the moment of payment confirmation. During the pre-holiday period, we recommend placing orders in advance, as the number of available delivery dates is limited.

In an airtight container, stored in a dry place, they retain their freshness and aroma for up to three months. Once opened, simply keep them in a tin or jar with a lid. Gingerbread cookies are best stored in a dry place, away from sunlight and moisture. Keep in mind that gingerbread cookies exposed to direct sunlight may discolour. Gingerbread is known for its durability, as the honey and spices it contains naturally preserve it. It is only important to ensure that they do not lose their aroma. Gingerbread stored in a dry place remains crisp, but once removed from its packaging, it will absorb moisture from the environment and become soft.
